Born in Lagos, Nigeria in 1964. He qualified as a Medical Doctor in 1989 from the University of Lagos; had his post-graduate training in the U.K. and became a member of the Royal College of Obstetrics & Gynecology in 1997. He joined St. Nicholas Hospital in 1997; became Medical director in 2000. He has attended various management programmes at the Lagos Business School; has attended conferences both local and international.
Dr Olufemi Ogunlowo has a B.SC Civil Engineering (First Class with Honours) degree from the University of Ibadan (1992) and Master’s Degree with Distinction in Water and Waste Engineering (1998) and PhD in 2016 from the School of Civil and Building Engineering both from Loughborough University, UK. He has business experience spanning over 25 years in management consulting, banking and engineering. He has attended training programmes in front line institutions including Strategy School, St. Charles, Chicago Illinois, School of Management, Cranfield University, UK and Lagos Business School.
Dr Ogunlowo started his career as a pupil engineer with Intecon Partnership, a civil/structural engineering firm and later was the planning engineer of the 24,000 km World Bank assisted Lagos State Water Expansion project. He has held the post of Senior Strategy Consultant in Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) where he recorded outstanding results in project execution and was Assistant Vice President and Lead Strategist at First City Monument Bank, the first indigenous investment bank in Nigeria and sometimes head of retail banking in the same bank.
As founding partner of BMC Consultants, he successfully led many engagements in diverse industries. Some of these engagements include the commercial due diligence and turnaround strategy for Afribank Nig Plc, the post-merger integration of United Bank for Africa Plc and Standard Trust Bank, commercial due diligence on Ecobank Nigeria, the setup of Heirs Insurance Co Limited (now UBA insurance) and the restructuring of the portfolio companies in Odu’a Investment Company amongst others.
Dr Ogunlowo has grown SOL from a conceptual idea in 2006 to be one of the leading personnel outsourcing companies in Nigeria with focus on sales outsourcing.
Kofo has a law degree from the London School of Economics and Political Science and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1989. He also has an MBA from the Lagos Business School. Kofo has had a career spanning 25years in the financial services sector during which he has held several key management positions including Executive Director of FBN Capital, Deputy Managing Director of MBC International Bank Limited. Kofo is a member of the Nigerian Economic Summit and the Institute of Directors (IoD). Apart from the board of SOL, Kofo sits on the board of a number of other companies including MVC Securities and Leadway Pensure PFA amongst others.
Ronke holds a B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology with a Masters degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Lagos Business School / Pan African University, Lagos
Ronke is currently the Managing Director of Auiguiler Limited. She has worked with various International Companies such as Siemens Limited and Orwell International Oil & Gas Nigeria Limited as IT & Telecoms Engineer and a Business Analyst respectively. She is a member of the Computer Association of Nigeria and the Chartered Institute of Marketing UK.
Sola has a multi disciplinary background which cuts across Legal Advisory, Investment Banking, Corporate Banking and Treasury. He started his working career in 1995 with Citizens International Bank where he was exposed to various aspects of Banking including Legal Advisory, credit analysis, financial control, operations and corporate finance. He later joined Gatewaybank Plc (now Intercontinental Bank Plc) as a part of the core team for the restructuring of the bank upon its sale to the Intercontinental Bank Group. Sola was a recipient of many awards in the bank and functioned variously as Assistant Head Legal Department, Head Special Care Unit (managing the top 20 customers of the bank), Head Corporate banking, Branch Manager in two branches (Apapa and Victoria Island), and Treasurer before leaving in year 2005 to join Legalhouse Solicitors as a partner. Sola received LL.B from Obafemi Awolowo University graduating top 1% of his class and emerging as the Best Student in Private International Law. He also attended the Nigerian Law School to acquire his practising certificate. Sola is also a recipient of a Post Graduate Certificate in Business Administration from the University of Leicester United Kingdom.
