We are pleased to announce the promotion of Charity Uloma Ekwekwuo, MIHRM, ACIPM, to the position of Divisional Head, Recruitment and Field Liaison, Lagos, effective 3 March 2025.

Charity has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership and expertise during her tenure at SOL. As Head of Human Resources Operations, she has been instrumental in driving strategic HR initiatives, ensuring operational excellence, and fostering strong client relationships. Her dedication to best practices and commitment to employee engagement have significantly contributed to the company's success.

Charity brings over 15 years of experience in Human Resources to this new role. Her proven capabilities in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR business partnering make her uniquely qualified to lead the Recruitment and Field Liaison division in Lagos.

Charity’s elevation is a testament to her unwavering commitment to SOL's success and her profound understanding of the HR landscape. Her strategic vision and ability to build strong relationships will be invaluable as we continue to grow and strengthen our presence in Lagos. We are confident that she will excel in this new role, driving our recruitment efforts and ensuring effective field liaison to meet the evolving needs of our clients.

Charity holds an MSc in International Human Resources Management from Rome Business School and is a member of CIPM and ISHCM. In her new role, she will be responsible for leading the recruitment strategy for the Lagos division, overseeing field liaison activities, managing key client relationships, and ensuring the delivery of top-tier talent.
