About SOL


Strategic Outsourcing Limited (SOL) commenced business in year 2006 as a personnel outsourcing company with focus on retails sales staff, and services and support staff. Over the past years, the company has built a record of excellent service with its clients.

SOL has a proven process which is result focused. The company‘s recruitment and selection process and HR management techniques, processes and procedures have been perfected over the years to the point that it takes only two weeks for the company to deploy 500 persons nationwide to a client from the point of execution of engagement contract.

The company has significant experience in many sectors and has managed since inception, over 40,000 employees nationwide for its clients in banking, insurance, manufacturing, telecommunications, Information Technology, Real Estate, Foods and Beverages and petroleum industries.

We hold the requisite permits and licences required by law to offer our services and hold a current ISO 9001-2015 Certificate of Conformity for Quality Management System. We are the outsourcing company with the largest network of business offices in Nigeria with presence in every State of the Federation.

Management and staff are licensed by the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management while the company holds corporate membership of the Association of Outsourcing Professionals of Nigeria (AOPN), Human Capital Providers Association of Nigeria (HuCaPan) and the Nigeria Employers’ Consultative Association (NECA).

Olufemi Olukayode Ogunlowo

Olufemi Olukayode Ogunlowo BSc, MSc, PHD

MD/CEO

Dr Olufemi Ogunlowo has a B.SC Civil Engineering (First Class with Honours) degree from the University of Ibadan (1992) and Master’s Degree with Distinction in Water and Waste Engineering (1998) and PhD in 2016 from the School of Civil and Building Engineering both from Loughborough University, UK. He has business experience spanning over 25 years in management consulting, banking and engineering. He has attended training programmes in front line institutions including Strategy School, St. Charles, Chicago Illinois, School of Management, Cranfield University, UK and Lagos Business School. 

Dr Ogunlowo started his career as a pupil engineer with Intecon Partnership, a civil/structural engineering firm and later was the planning engineer of the 24,000 km World Bank assisted Lagos State Water Expansion project. He has held the post of Senior Strategy Consultant in Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) where he recorded outstanding results in project execution and was Assistant Vice President and Lead Strategist at First City Monument Bank, the first indigenous investment bank in Nigeria and sometimes head of retail banking in the same bank. 

As founding partner of BMC Consultants, he successfully led many engagements in diverse industries. Some of these engagements include the commercial due diligence and turnaround strategy for Afribank Nig Plc, the post-merger integration of United Bank for Africa Plc and Standard Trust Bank, commercial due diligence on Ecobank Nigeria, the setup of Heirs Insurance Co Limited (now UBA insurance) and the restructuring of the portfolio companies in Odu’a Investment Company amongst others.

Dr Ogunlowo has grown SOL from a conceptual idea in 2006 to be one of the leading personnel outsourcing companies in Nigeria with focus on sales outsourcing.

Ronke Ogunlowo

Ronke Ogunlowo MBA, B.I.T

Member

Ronke Ogunlowo has a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from the Ladoke Akintola University of Technology and an MBA from the Lagos Business School. She has over 22 years working experience in the Technology, Oil and Gas, Educational and the Power sectors. She has worked as a business analyst, process and compliance manager, country manager, and operations/sales manager. She started her career with Siemens Nigeria Limited as a B2B Technical Salesperson in the Computer and Telecoms department where she was responsible for developing the Nigerian financial services sector. In this role, she facilitated the successful introduction of Siemens products to the Nigerian market and had the opportunity to work with project teams that handled multi-million dollar projects for the Nigerian government. 

Currently, she consults for a Human Capacity Development Agency, where she brings her wealth of managerial and sales experience to bear for organizational transformation. 

Ronke is passionate about service delivery, process and operations management and impacting her environment. An advocate of “out of the box” thinking, she enjoys meeting people, loves learning and teaching; especially children.

OLUSOLA OMOTUNDE-YOUNG

Mr Olusola Omotunde-Young (‘Sola Young’) has a multi-disciplinary background which cuts across Legal Advisory, Investment Banking, Corporate Banking and Treasury. He started his working career with Citizens International Bank where he was exposed to various aspects of Banking including Credit Analysis, Treasury and Currency Trading, Operations and Corporate Finance. He later joined former Gateway bank Plc as a part of the core team for the restructuring of the bank upon its sale to the Intercontinental Bank Group (now Access bank). Sola was a recipient of many awards in the bank and functioned variously as Head Special Care Unit (managing the top 20 customers of the bank), Branch Manager in two corporate branches (Apapa and Victoria Island) and Head Corporate Banking before leaving in year 2005 to establish Legal house Solicitors, a commercial law firm. Sola received LL.B from Obafemi Awolowo University in 1993 graduating top 1% of his class with a Second Class Upper Degree and emerging as the Best Student in Private International Law. He also attended the Nigerian Law School to acquire his practicing certificate as a Solicitor and Barrister of the Supreme Court of Nigeria. Sola also received a Post Graduate Certificate in Business Administration from the University of Leicester United Kingdom in 2008. He founded Legal house Solicitors in 2005 and has been in full time practice as a lawyer since then with a bias for commercial and corporate law. He is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA), International Bar Association (IBA), Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSAN).

?He is a director of Seagle Property Development Company Limited a luxury real estate development company based in Lagos and some other companies.

Mr. Kofo Majekodunmi

Mr. Kofo Majekodunmi MBA

Member

Kofo is a graduate of Law, (London School of Economics & Political Science), and Barrister at Law of the Nigerian Law School. He has MBA from the Lagos Business School (in association with the University Of Navarra IESE Spain). He has over 30 years’ experience in banking/financial services. At various times, he was the Deputy Managing Director of MBC International bank Plc. Thereafter he was pioneer Executive director in Asset Management at FBN Capital. 

 

At MBC, he oversaw the firm’s diversification into a suite of non-bank financial services (advisory/issuing house services, bureau de change, and insurance brokerage) which compliments the broker dealer business of MBC Securities. He is on the board of Leadway Pensure PFA, a leading pension fund administrator in Nigeria.

Saheed Oyebola

Saheed Oyebola ACA

Chief Financial Officer

Saheed was appointed the Chief Financial Officer of Strategic Outsourcing Limited in December 2019. As the CFO, he is responsible for managing and reporting the financial actions of the company.

Before he was appointed as CFO, he was the Financial Controller and sometimes the Financial Accountant. Saheed joined SOL in July 2013; before joining, he had worked with two audit firms and two companies in the FMCG industry in Nigeria for more than five years.

Saheed is an associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, and he has a strong passion for mentorship and development of aspiring chartered accountants. He is an alumnus of Lagos State University, where he badged his Bachelor's Degree in Accounting. He is currently undertaking a Master's Degree Programme in Risk Management and Insurance at the University of Lagos.

Saheed specializes in Corporate Financial Reporting, Taxation, Entity Performance & Risk Management, and Payroll Administration.

Ugochukwu Ikpe

Ugochukwu Ikpe SPHRi

Ag. Group Head, Recruitment and Field Liaison

Ugochukwu joined SOL in February 2020 as the Group Head, Recruitment and Field Liaison supervising the zonal managers to deliver on their recruitment and client relationship management mandates. He was appointed as the Head, Strategy and Digital Transformation in October of the same year to lead the company's strategic response to the COVID pandemic in leveraging technology to transform business operations.

Ugochukwu is an astute HR specialist with over a decade of experience. He began his career in 2010 and later worked at Guaranty Trust Bank, Plc and Diamond Bank, Plc (now Access Bank Plc) between 2012 and 2020. In August 2021, Ugochukwu was appointed the Acting Group Head of Recruitment and Field Liaison.

Ugochukwu graduated top of his class with a BSc. in Physics from Anambra State University in 2008. He later completed a Human Resource Management diploma and was certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources International in 2019.

Francesca Gabriel

Francesca Gabriel ACIPM

Head, Human Resources

Francesca Gabriel is the Head, Human Resources, responsible for developing and executing human resource strategy to support corporate strategic thrust. She manages relationships with clients and staff.

Francesca joined SOL in 2010 as a Verification Officer. Over the years, she has worked in different departments and roles and garnered experience in personnel and process outsourcing, documentation, records management, client and personnel management, recruitment, staff welfare, employee relations training, talent and performance management, reward strategy, and execution, policy review, and development.

She holds a B.Sc. degree in Economics from Lagos State University, MBA in Human Resources Management from the University of Education, Winneba, Ghana, with a professional diploma in Human Resources Management. She is a Chartered Associate Member of both the Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM) and the Institute of Strategic Human Capital Managers (ISHCM).

Peter Onyekpe

Peter Onyekpe MNIM, ACE

Acting Chief Risk and Compliance Officer

Peter was appointed the Acting Chief Risk and Compliance Officer in April 2020.

He has the responsibility to identify, assess, measure, manage, monitor, and report enterprise risks and implement policies and procedures to minimize or manage operational risks.

Before his appointment, Peter was the head of Operations Risk Management of the company and was responsible for operational and statutory compliance. He supervised and managed audit exercises by various clients and statutory agencies. His SOL experience spans nine years in multiple roles, including Head of Compensation Reward and Benefit, Head of Internal Audit, Head Statutory Compliance Management Reporting, and Financial Accountant.

Peter holds a HND in Accountancy and Finance from Yaba College of Technology and a PGD in Financial Management from the National Open University of Nigeria. He is a member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and a chartered member of both The Nigeria Institute of Management and The Institute of Chartered Economists of Nigeria. Peter is a Certified Auditor for ISO 9001: 2015 and a professional diploma holder in Computer Engineering. He is currently running an MBA program at the National Open University of Nigeria.

Oyewale Ogunsola

Oyewale Ogunsola B.Tech

Head, Facility, and Vendor management

Oyewale is the Head of the Administrative Department; since December 2019. He started his career with Strategic Outsourcing Limited as an intern in June 2009. He supervises the procurement unit, fleet management unit, and Vendor Management unit. He is responsible for assigning tasks and providing resources for all administrative duties of the company.

Oyewale has good experience in building construction, facility management, environmental analysis, and acquisition of land & property in Nigeria.

Oyewale holds a B. Tech in Environmental Management Technology from Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University in (2009).

Chidinma Ezeoke ESQ.

Chidinma Ezeoke ESQ. LL.B, B.L

Company Secretary/Legal, Policies, and Ethics Advisor

Chidinma was appointed the Company Secretary and Legal, Policies, and Ethics Advisor in May 2020. She is responsible for Corporate Secretarial and Governance matters. Besides, she manages the company's legal issues, including formulating, reviewing, and disseminating policies, agreements, and legal documents. Chidinma is experienced in legal, administrative, statutory and regulatory matters relating to personnel and business process outsourcing. 

Before joining SOL, Chidinma worked as legal counsel at various times between 2008 and 2016 in Tarfa & Co, Mathmer Solicitors, and Femi Omomowo & Co. In 2019 she was appointed the Head, Legal and Claims at BMC Ltd, an associated company to SOL from where her employment was transferred in October 2019 as Legal Adviser.

Chidinma obtained her LL.B degree from Madonna University in 2006, qualified as a Barrister and Solicitor in 2008, and is currently running a master's degree program in Law at Ahmadu Bello University.

Tope Sadare

Tope Sadare MBA

Head, Employee Relations, and Welfare

Tope is the Head, Employee Relations, and Welfare Department. He supervises and manages the call centre, HR operations, and medical support units to deliver exceptional customer services to the company's employees. He joined SOL in February 2020 as the Head, Operations Risk Management to assist in building an enduring system for the business operations.

Given his over 20 years of experience in banking operations and relationship management, he was redeployed to lead the company's sales initiative as the National Sales Coordinator, the position he held before his new role.

Before joining SOL, Tope worked with the Central Bank of Nigeria, Access Bank Plc, Zenith Bank, and Afribank Plc (now Polaris Bank) in various functions between 2002 and 2015.

Tope holds a Higher National Diploma in Accounting from Osun State Polytechnic (2001), a bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Calabar (2006), and a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) in Financial Management from Ladoke Akintola University. He is a member of the Nigeria Institute of Management.

Omolabake Dada

Omolabake Dada MBA, ACIPM

Head, Accounts

Omolabake was appointed as the Head of Accounts Department of Strategic Outsourcing Limited in December 2019. She supervises the Accounts unit, Compensation, Reward & Benefits Unit, and the Statutory Compliance unit. She is responsible for managing all books of account of the company, tracking cash flow, financial/budget planning, and analysing its financial strengths and weaknesses. Labake started her career with SOL in 2008 as an account clerk. She has worked in various other roles such as Internal Control Officer, Payroll Officer, and Invoice & Account Receivable Officer.

She graduated with HND in Accounting from Lagos State Polytechnic. She acquired a PGD in Financial Management in 2012 at the Ladoke Akintola University of Technology and an MBA from the National Open University of Nigeria in 2015.

She is an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM).

Saidu-Obianime, Ali Ibifiri ACIPM, ACE

Zonal Relationship Manager, South Eastern Zone

Saidu is the Zonal Relationship Manager for South Eastern Zone, covering the eleven states in the south east-south south geographical zones with over 2,500 staff deployed to multiple clients. He supervises four regional relationship managers stationed in Port Harcourt, Benin, Asaba and Owerri. He has been in this role since 2018.

Before he was appointed a ZRM, Saidu was the Regional Relationship Manager for South-South Zone. In his roles as RRM and ZRM, he has recruited and placed over 10,000 staff with various clients in his catchment area. Saidu joined SOL in July 2007 as the Coordinator for Rivers and Abia States.

Saidu holds a BSc in Economics from Kogi State University (2005); he is a certified Human Resources Professional from the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management and a Member Chartered Institute of Economists, Nigeria. He recently concluded his MSc in Human Resources Management.

George La'ah

George La'ah ACIPM

Zonal Relationship Manager, North Zone

Since 2010, George has been leading the recruitment and frontline staff management in the nineteen northern states and the Federal Capital Territory with over 3,500 staff. George supervises the Regional Relationship Managers stationed in Sokoto, Kano, Jos and Abuja.

Between 2010 and 2018, George was the Regional Relationship Manager for the North-West region. In his roles as RRM and ZRM, he has recruited and placed over 13,000 staff with various clients.

George, who joined SOL in July 2007 as the Coordinator for Kaduna, Katsina and Kano States, is a holder of an HND in Business Administration and Management from Kaduna State Polytechnic Zaria (1997). He is also an Associate Member and a Professional Diploma holder of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management and is currently running his MBA with the Nigerian Defense Academy Kaduna.

Tosin Fatimah Oladipo

Tosin Fatimah Oladipo ACIPM

Zonal Relationship Manager, South West

Fatimah was appointed in January 2020 as the Zonal Relationship Manager for South-West Zone to champion the recruitment operations in the six south-western states and Kwara with over 3,000 staff deployed to various clients. She supervises three Regional Relationship Managers stationed in Ilorin, Ibadan, and Alaba.

Before her appointment, Fatimah held, at various times between 2013 and 2020, the Regional Relationship Manager position for Jibowu, Ojota and Lekki Offices in Lagos. In her role as RRM and ZRM, she has recruited and placed over 10,000 staff with various clients in her catchment areas. Fatimah joined SOL in April 2012 as an Administrative Officer.

Fatimah is a certified human resource practitioner with nearly a decade of experience in recruitment, human resource operations and client relationship management. She is an associate member of CIPM (2018). She graduated from Yaba College of Technology with an HND in Office Technology Management.

Charity Ekwekwuo

Charity Ekwekwuo ACIPM

Head, Client, and Personnel Management

Charity joined SOL in 2012 and is currently the Head of the Client and Personnel Management Department. She has the primary responsibility for all aspects of Client and Personnel Relationship Management and Training, Orientation & Performance Management, including implementing the provisions of the Service Levels Agreement.

Before her current role, Charity has functioned in different departments and capacities; this includes employee welfare, staff profile verification, policy implementation, recruitment, personnel, and process outsourcing. 

She started her career in Human Resources at Teclab Management Consulting Service in 2009 as a Customer Service Executive, before taking on the role of HR Assistant, Training and Recruitment until 2011. 

Charity holds an HND in Office Information System from Abia State Polytechnic and a professional diploma in Human Resources Management in 2017. She is also a chartered Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM) and the Institute of Strategic Human Capital Managers (ISHCM). She has acquired various certificates through various training programs and workshops.

Johannah Omeimen Aikhuere

Johannah Omeimen Aikhuere ACIPM

Head, Recruitment, Placement, and Validation

Johannah supervises the recruitment, deployment, and onboarding of staff nationwide. Before now, Joan served as the Zonal Relationship Manager for Lagos in 2019, covering six regions (Alaba, Jibowu, Ojota, Apapa, Abule Egba and Lekki) with over 10,000 associate staff. She worked as a Recovery Officer at BMC Consults, an SOL subsidiary, from 2012 to 2013 before joining SOL in 2013 as Regional Relationship Manager covering the Lagos-Island region in 2013.

Over the years, she has led teams of recruitment officers tasked to identify, source, screen, shortlist and deploy staff to clients in Lagos.

Johannah obtained a professional diploma in Human Resources Management and became an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management in 2016. She holds a Bachelors of Arts (2007) in English and Literary Studies from Ambrose Alli University.
