Strategic Outsourcing Limited (SOL) commenced business in the year 2006 as a personnel outsourcing company with a focus on retail sales staff, and services and support staff. Over the past years, the company has built a record of excellent service with its clients.
SOL has a proven process which is result focused. The company’s recruitment and selection process and HR management techniques, processes and procedures have been perfected over the years to the point that it takes only two weeks for the company to deploy 500 persons nationwide to a client from the point of execution of engagement contract.
The company has significant experience in many sectors and has managed since its inception, over 100,000 employees nationwide for its clients in banking, insurance, manufacturing, telecommunications, Information Technology, Real Estate, Foods and Beverages and Petroleum industries. In 2021, SOL was one of the Top 15 employers in Nigeria by the National Pensions Commission based on the number of staff within the formal contributory pensions scheme.
We hold the requisite permits and licenses required by law to offer our services and hold a current ISO 9001-2015 Certificate of Conformity for Quality Management System. We are an outsourcing company with the largest network of business offices in Nigeria with a presence in every geopolitical zone of the Federation.
Management and staff are licensed by the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management while the company holds corporate membership of the Association of Outsourcing Professionals of Nigeria (AOPN), Human Capital Providers Association of Nigeria (HuCaPan) and the Nigeria Employers’ Consultative Association (NECA).

GMD/CEO
Dr Olufemi Ogunlowo has a B.SC Civil Engineering (First Class with Honours) degree from the University of Ibadan (1992) and Master’s Degree with Distinction in Water and Waste Engineering (1998) and PhD in 2016 from the School of Civil and Building Engineering both from Loughborough University, UK. He has business experience spanning over 25 years in management consulting, banking and engineering. He has attended training programmes in front line institutions including Strategy School, St. Charles, Chicago Illinois, School of Management, Cranfield University, UK and Lagos Business School.
Dr Ogunlowo started his career as a pupil engineer with Intecon Partnership, a civil/structural engineering firm and later was the planning engineer of the 24,000 km World Bank assisted Lagos State Water Expansion project. He has held the post of Senior Strategy Consultant in Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) where he recorded outstanding results in project execution and was Assistant Vice President and Lead Strategist at First City Monument Bank, the first indigenous investment bank in Nigeria and sometimes head of retail banking in the same bank.
As founding partner of BMC Consultants, he successfully led many engagements in diverse industries. Some of these engagements include the commercial due diligence and turnaround strategy for Afribank Nig Plc, the post-merger integration of United Bank for Africa Plc and Standard Trust Bank, commercial due diligence on Ecobank Nigeria, the setup of Heirs Insurance Co Limited (now UBA insurance) and the restructuring of the portfolio companies in Odu’a Investment Company amongst others.
Dr Ogunlowo has grown SOL from a conceptual idea in 2006 to be one of the leading personnel outsourcing companies in Nigeria with focus on sales outsourcing.

Kofo is a graduate of Law, (London School of Economics & Political Science), and a Barrister at Law of the Nigerian Law School. He has an MBA from the Lagos Business School (with the University Of Navarra IESE Spain). He has over 30 years of experience in banking/financial services. He was the Deputy Managing Director of MBC International bank Plc at various times. Thereafter he was pioneer Executive director in Asset Management at FBN Capital.
At MBC, he oversaw the firm’s diversification into a suite of non-bank financial services (advisory/issuing house services, bureau de change, and insurance brokerage) which compliments the broker-dealer business of MBC Securities. He is on the board of Leadway Pensure PFA, a leading pension fund administrator in Nigeria.

Head Recruitment Services
Francesca holds a B.Sc. degree in Economics from Lagos State University, an MBA in Human Resources Management from the University of Education, Winneba, Ghana and a professional diploma in Human Resources Management. She has attended various training programmes and workshops. She is a Chartered Associate Member of the Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM) and Institute of Strategic Human Capital Managers (ISHCM).
She is currently the Head, of Recruitment Services at Strategic Outsourcing Limited and has worked in various capacities. She has proven experience in Human Resources, Administration and Logistics, Operations, Outsourcing, Relationship Management, Training and Performance Management.
In her journey through corporate life, she has demonstrated enviable leadership qualities and contributed excellently to the organization’s growth whilst maintaining integrity, steadfastness, honour, and reputation. Her voracious appetite for knowledge, interest in new ideas, and drive for success have brought her thus far.
Head Corporate Services
Idris is a Legal Practitioner with vast experience in Corporate and Commercial Law, Arbitration, Company Secretarial Practice, Alternative dispute resolution, Acquisition, Corporate Governance, Real Estate and Compliance.
He has served meritoriously in several managerial and administrative capacities such as HR/Legal Manager, Zonal Operations Manager, Team Lead, Regional Head, Head of Legal Services, and Senior Legal Executive at Adron Homes and Properties Limited.
He began his career at King Partners Solicitors, England where he advised clients on Civil, Criminal, Personal Injury, Property and Immigration matters in Legal Practice. He subsequently moved on to F.A. OSO & CO (SAN) as a Legal associate where he worked on various criminal and civil matters.
His versatile understanding of complex legal procedures in his field has consistently earned him recognition and a steady rise in his profession.
His analytical approach, reserved disposition, attention to detail, excellent communication skill and keen enthusiasm to never give up underscores his intense drive for positive results.
He is exceptionally responsible and committed to satisfying clients' needs whilst ensuring prompt delivery. Idris presently serves as Head of, the Corporate Services Division at Strategic Outsourcing Limited.
Managed Staff Services Team Lead 1
Tope is one of the Team Lead, for the managed staff services under the personnel management service division. He joined SOL in February 2020 as the Head, of Operations Risk Management to assist in building an enduring system for the business operations.
Given his over 20 years of experience in banking operations and relationship management, he was redeployed to lead the company's sales initiative as the National Sales Coordinator, the position he held before his new role.
Before joining SOL, Tope worked with the Central Bank of Nigeria, Access Bank Plc, Zenith Bank, and Afribank Plc (now Polaris Bank) in various functions between 2002 and 2015.
Tope holds a Higher National Diploma in Accounting from Osun State Polytechnic (2001), a bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Calabar (2006), and a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) in Financial Management from Ladoke Akintola University. He is a member of the Nigeria Institute of Management.
Managed Staff Services Team Lead 3
Wasiu is one of the Team Lead, for the managed staff services under the personnel management service division. He joined SOL in May 2018 as the Head, of Internal Control to further strengthen the entire control system for the business operations.
Before joining SOL, he had worked with various companies in different sectors for more than Twelve years in both Accounting, Finance and Audit functions. He specializes in Corporate Financial Reporting, Taxation, Audit Practices (internal and external), and Internal Control & Risk Management.
Wasiu has HND in Accountancy and Finance from Lagos State Polytechnic and a B.Sc. in Applied Accounting from the Oxford Brookes University, United Kingdom. He is a Professional and Associate member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), UK. Wasiu is a Certified Auditor for ISO 9001: 2015 and he is currently undertaking a master’s degree Programme in Accounting and Finance at the University of London, United Kingdom.
Head Human Resources and Administration
Chidinma is currently the Head of Human Resources and Administration, she was the Company Secretary and Legal, Policies, and Ethics Advisor in May 2020 and June 2022. She is responsible for Corporate Secretarial and Governance matters. Besides, she manages the company's legal issues, including formulating, reviewing, and disseminating policies, agreements, and legal documents. Chidinma is experienced in legal, administrative, statutory and regulatory matters relating to personnel and business process outsourcing.
Before joining SOL, Chidinma worked as legal counsel at various times between 2008 and 2016 in Tarfa & Co, Mathmer Solicitors, and Femi Omomowo & Co. In 2019 she was appointed the Head, Legal and Claims at BMC Ltd, an associated company with SOL from where her employment was transferred in October 2019 as Legal Adviser.
Chidinma obtained her LL.B degree from Madonna University in 2006, qualified as a Barrister and Solicitor in 2008, and is currently running a master's degree program in Law at Ahmadu Bello University.
Head Accountant
Omolabake currently serves as the company accountant. She is responsible for managing all books of account of the company, tracking cash flow, financial/budget planning, and analysing its financial strengths and weaknesses. Labake started her career with SOL in 2008 as an account clerk. She has worked in various other roles such as Internal Control Officer, Payroll Officer, and Invoice & Account Receivable Officer.
She graduated with HND in Accounting from Lagos State Polytechnic. She acquired a PGD in Financial Management in 2012 at the Ladoke Akintola University of Technology and an MBA from the National Open University of Nigeria in 2015.
She is an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM).
Head Information Communication and Technology
Daniel Joseph is a seasoned digital executive and strategist with expertise in business communications, operational management, UX/UI design, editorial direction, product and process design and System Networking with over 13years of experience in the ICT field.
He started My career as an Office Automation and graphic design tutor at Links Computer College Ikeja Lagos before he moved to Huawei Technologies Nigeria in 2013 as a system engineer and Radio mast installer.
In 2014, he was appointed the Group Head, IT/ Media at Adron Homes and Properties where he implemented hundreds of online marketing tools and set up 30 branch offices across the country to meet up with the latest tech tools and software needed to run the day-to-day office need.
Daniel pioneered the ICT infrastructure and network security for United Arab Emirates Consulate Lagos in 2020 and Co-founded a research company Datafy Technology Limited in 2020.
Zonal Coordinator Eastern Nigeria
Saidu is the Zonal Relationship Manager for South Eastern Zone, covering the eleven states in the south east-south south geographical zones with over 2,500 staff deployed to multiple clients. He supervises four regional relationship managers stationed in Port Harcourt, Benin, Asaba and Owerri. He has been in this role since 2018.
Before he was appointed a ZRM, Saidu was the Regional Relationship Manager for South-South Zone. In his roles as RRM and ZRM, he has recruited and placed over 10,000 staff with various clients in his catchment area. Saidu joined SOL in July 2007 as the Coordinator for Rivers and Abia States.
Saidu holds a BSc in Economics from Kogi State University (2005); he is a certified Human Resources Professional from the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management and a Member Chartered Institute of Economists, Nigeria. He recently concluded his MSc in Human Resources Management.
Zonal Coordinator Western Nigeria
Fatimah was appointed in January 2020 as the Zonal Relationship Manager for South-West Zone to champion the recruitment operations in the six south-western states and Kwara with over 3,000 staff deployed to various clients. She supervises three Regional Relationship Managers stationed in Ilorin, Ibadan, and Alaba.
Before her appointment, Fatimah held, at various times between 2013 and 2020, the Regional Relationship Manager position for Jibowu, Ojota and Lekki Offices in Lagos. In her role as RRM and ZRM, she has recruited and placed over 10,000 staff with various clients in her catchment areas. Fatimah joined SOL in April 2012 as an Administrative Officer.
Fatimah is a certified human resource practitioner with nearly a decade of experience in recruitment, human resource operations and client relationship management. She is an associate member of CIPM (2018). She graduated from Yaba College of Technology with an HND in Office Technology Management.
Zonal Coordinator Northern Nigeria
Paul was appointed in April 2021 as the Zonal Relationship Manager (ZRM) for Northern Zone, with over 3,000 staff deployed to the various client. He currently supervises four Regional Relationship Managers covering the nineteen northern states. Before his appointment as the ZRM, Paul was the Regional Relationship Manager for States in the Northeast and Northwest regions.
Paul joined SOL in February 2016 as an Assistant Regional Relationship Manager. In his role as RRM and ZRM, he has recruited and placed over 10,000 Staff with various clients in his catchment area.
Paul is a certified human resources practitioner with nearly a decade of experience in recruitment, human resources operations, personnel management, and client relationship management. He is a graduate of Kano State Polytechnic with an HND in Statistics.
He is also an Associate Member and professional Diploma holder of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management and holds Human Resources Professional License and is currently running his MSC with Bayero University Kano.
Before joining SOL, Paul worked with AIICO Insurance, United Africa Company of Nigeria, Oceanic Bank Plc, Airtel Nigeria, Sterling Bank Plc, and Fidelity Bank Plc in various functions between 2004 and 2016.
He has a multi-disciplinary background that cuts across Banking, Insurance, Telecommunications, and FMCG.
