Dr. Olufemi Ogunlowo is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Strategic Outsourcing Limited.
He has led the company since its inception in 2006 to become one of Nigeria's premier personnel outsourcing firms, focusing on sales outsourcing. He holds a First-Class B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from the University of Ibadan, a master’s degree with Distinction in Water and Waste Engineering, and a PhD from the School of Civil and Building Engineering, both from Loughborough University in the UK.
Dr Ogunlowo started his career in 1992 and has experience in management consulting, banking, and engineering. Throughout his career, Dr Ogunlowo has pursued continuous learning, attending prestigious institutions such as the Strategy School in Chicago, Cranfield University's School of Management in the UK, and Lagos Business School.

Kofo is a graduate of Law, (London School of Economics & Political Science), and a Barrister at Law of the Nigerian Law School. He has an MBA from the Lagos Business School (with the University Of Navarra IESE Spain). He has over 30 years of experience in banking/financial services. He was the Deputy Managing Director of MBC International bank Plc at various times. Thereafter he was pioneer Executive director in Asset Management at FBN Capital.
At MBC, he oversaw the firm’s diversification into a suite of non-bank financial services (advisory/issuing house services, bureau de change, and insurance brokerage) which compliments the broker-dealer business of MBC Securities. He is on the board of Leadway Pensure PFA, a leading pension fund administrator in Nigeria.

GM, Brand Strategy and Communication
Dr Akin Olaniyan is a member of the Maxwell Leadership Team, licensed to provide facilitation, speaking, coaching, and training on personal and professional development content. He is a media specialist, digital marketer, and certified leadership coach with over 30 years of experience.
He has a BA in English from the University of Ibadan, an MA in Social Media from the University of Westminster, and a PhD in Media Studies from the University of Witwatersrand.
Dr. Olaniyan specialises in communication policy development, digital strategies, online branding, and reputation management. He has worked as a newspaper journalist for several years and later worked in corporate communication for Zenith Bank Plc.
His passion for personal and professional development fuels his role as a facilitator, speaker, coach, and trainer, making him a catalyst for growth and success.
Divisional Head of People Management
Francesca is the Sales and Product Manager responsible for acquisition and retention of clients.
Francesca holds a B.Sc. in Economics and an MBA in Human Resources Management.
As a Chartered Associate Member of CIPM and ISHCM, she brings extensive expertise in HR, Administration, Operations, and Relationship Management.
Francesca joined SOL in 2010 and has held positions including Documentation Officer, Head of Human Resources and Group Head of Recruitment and Field Liaison.
GM Corporate Risk Management
Oluwatobi is a seasoned professional with a comprehensive background spanning 18 years in finance, taxation, and advisory services.
He holds an Accountancy degree from Ondo State Polytechnic, Owo and became an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) in 1998. He is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN).
Prior to joining SOL, he had worked with some of the leading audit and tax advisory firms in Nigeria, where he supervised diverse taxation and financial advisory engagements in banking and other financial institutions, education, and telecommunication.
Divisional Head, Recruitment, Employee Development and Wellness
Omolara Ajibola, as the Head of Employee Development and Wellness at SOL, brings a wealth of diverse experience spanning project administration, school management, and human resources. With a keen eye for organisation and budget management, Omolara excels in coordinating training programs and providing comprehensive administrative support. Her BA in Leadership & Management Skills in the Workplace serves as a cornerstone in her ability to lead and develop impactful employee training initiatives, cultivate a culture of growth and excellence, and spearhead strategic efforts aimed at enhancing employee development and wellness within SOL.
General Counsel
Barrister George Abu is an exceptional legal practitioner with over 18 years of experience in various fields of law, including contracting and administration, corporate governance, due diligence and compliance, litigation, oil and gas, reconciliation, arbitration, legal advice, and industrial relations. He has been involved in multi-million-dollar commercial litigation, EPC contracts, and shareholders agreements and has coordinated with high-profile government agencies.
He attended the University of Ibadan and graduated in 2004, was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2005 and holds a master's in Oil and Gas Law from the University of Aberdeen, Scotland, the United Kingdom in 2011. His commitment to excellence is further exhibited through his participation in several executive leadership and management, strategy, and corporate governance training programs.
Divisional Head, Finance and Accounts
Wasiu is the Company Accountant, Strategic Outsourcing Limited. He has the responsibility to oversee the organization’s financial activities, including general accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
He joined SOL in May 2018 as the Head of Internal Control to further strengthen the entire control system for the business operations. Since then, he has worked in various roles in SOL including Head of Client Services, Head of Compensation Reward and Benefits (CRB) and Head of Financial Control.
Prior to joining SOL, Wasiu worked for more than twelve years in various companies and sectors, gaining experience in accounting, finance, taxation, and audit functions. He specializes in Corporate Financial Reporting, Taxation, Audit Practices (internal and external), and Internal Control & Risk Management.
Wasiu has HND in Accounting from Lagos State Polytechnic (now Lagos State University of Science and Technology) and a B.Sc. in Applied Accounting from the Oxford Brookes University, United Kingdom. He is a Professional and Associate member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), UK.
Wasiu is a Certified Auditor for ISO 9001: 2015 and he is currently undertaking a master’s degree Programme in Accounting and Finance at the University of London, United Kingdom.
Head Internal Control
Omolabake currently serves as the Head Internal Control. She is responsible to ensure total compliance with rules, policies, procedures of the organization and ensure corrective measures are in place.
Labake started her career with SOL in 2008 as an account clerk. She has worked in various other roles such as Internal Control Officer, Payroll Officer, and Invoice & Account Receivable Officer.
She graduated with HND in Accounting from Lagos State Polytechnic. She acquired a PGD in Financial Management in 2012 at the Ladoke Akintola University of Technology and an MBA from the National Open University of Nigeria in 2015.
She is an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM).
Head, Customer Relationship Manager
Chidinma is currently the Head, of Human Resources Operations, she was the Head of Central Operations from 2022 – 2023, the Company Secretary and Legal, Policies, and Ethics Advisor from May 2020 and June 2022.
She is responsible for Corporate Secretarial and Governance matters. Besides, she coordinates all activities of HR operations, and client relationship managers and supervises the onboarding process. Chidinma is experienced in legal, administrative, statutory, and regulatory matters relating to personnel and business process outsourcing.
Before joining SOL, Chidinma worked as legal counsel at various times between 2008 and 2016 in Messers Ricky Tarfa & Co., Mathmer Solicitors, and Femi Omomowo & Co. In 2019 she was appointed the Head of Legal and Claims at BMC Ltd, an associated company with SOL from where her employment was transferred in October 2019 as Legal Adviser.
Chidinma obtained her LL.B degree from Madonna University in 2006, qualified as a Barrister and Solicitor in 2008, and is currently running a master's degree program in Law at Ahmadu Bello University.
Head Recruitment & Field Liaison, Lagos & Port-Harcourt
Saidu is the Zonal Relationship Manager for South Eastern Zone, covering the eleven states in the south east-south south geographical zones with over 2,500 staff deployed to multiple clients. He supervises four regional relationship managers stationed in Port Harcourt, Benin, Asaba and Owerri. He has been in this role since 2018.
Before he was appointed a ZRM, Saidu was the Regional Relationship Manager for South-South Zone. In his roles as RRM and ZRM, he has recruited and placed over 10,000 staff with various clients in his catchment area.
Saidu joined SOL in July 2007 as the Coordinator for Rivers and Abia States.
Saidu holds a BSc in Economics from Kogi State University (2005); he is a certified Human Resources Professional from the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management and a Member Chartered Institute of Economists, Nigeria. He recently concluded his MSc in Human Resources Management.
Head Recruitment & Field Liaison, Kano & Up Country
Paul was appointed in April 2021 as the Zonal Relationship Manager (ZRM) for Northern Zone, with over 3,000 staff deployed to the various client. He currently supervises four Regional Relationship Managers covering the nineteen northern states.
Before his appointment as the ZRM, Paul was the Regional Relationship Manager for States in the Northeast and Northwest regions. Paul joined SOL in February 2016 as an Assistant Regional Relationship Manager. In his role as RRM and ZRM, he has recruited and placed over 10,000 Staff with various clients in his catchment area.
Paul is a certified human resources practitioner with nearly a decade of experience in recruitment, human resources operations, personnel management, and client relationship management. He is a graduate of Kano State Polytechnic with an HND in Statistics. He is also an Associate Member and professional Diploma holder of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management and holds Human Resources Professional License and is currently running his MSC with Bayero University Kano.
Before joining SOL, Paul worked with AIICO Insurance, United Africa Company of Nigeria, Oceanic Bank Plc, Airtel Nigeria, Sterling Bank Plc, and Fidelity Bank Plc in various functions between 2004 and 2016. He has a multi-disciplinary background that cuts across Banking, Insurance, Telecommunications, and FMCG.
Head Audit, Investigation & Claim Resolution
Peter is the Internal Auditor, Strategic Outsourcing Limited. He has the responsibility to identify, assess, measure, manage, monitor, and report enterprise risks and implement policies and procedures to minimize or manage operational risks.
Peter started his Career with Ernst & Young as an Audit trainee in 2007 where he acquired his auditing skills. In 2012 he joined the Great Consultant as a senior Auditor and later worked with the Centre for Petroleum Information as Finance and Tax Controller before joining SOL in 2013.
Before his appointment as the Internal Auditor, Peter was the head of Operations Risk Management of the company and was responsible for operational and statutory compliance. He supervised and managed Audit exercises by various clients and statutory agencies. His SOL experience spans ten years in multiple roles, including Head of Compensation Reward and Benefit, Head of Internal Audit, Head Statutory Compliance Management Reporting, and Financial Accountant.
Peter has HND in Accounting from Yaba College of Technology and a PGD in Financial Management from the National Open University of Nigeria. He is an Associate member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and a chartered member of both The Nigeria Institute of Management and The Institute of Chartered Economists of Nigeria.
Peter is a Certified Auditor for ISO 9001: 2015 and a professional diploma holder in Computer Engineering. He has concluded his MBA program in International Banking at the National Open University of Nigeria.
Head ICT
Daniel Joseph is the Head of ICT, He has the responsibility of superintending digital transformation and Executing IT strategy/Operations.
Daniel is an IT Professional with over 10 years of Experience in Windows Administration, System Administration, Windows Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, MECM, VPN, IoT, Firewall, Graphics design and various day-to-day software application support operations.
Worked in Adron Homes and Properties Limited as Group Head, IT and implemented over a hundred online marketing tools and set up of 27 offices across the country to meet up with the latest tech needed to run the day-to-day office needs. Radio Engineer in Huawei Nigeria, install, configure and maintain radio transmission equipment across the middle belt region of Nigeria. UAE Consulate Lagos, as Network and Database Administrator, implemented all security, database and system applications in line with UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs policy. Tech Lead/founder Datafy Technology, A research company working to better understand how Computing activity motivates and changes the world we live in.
Daniel holds a BSc in Economics from Bells University, other certifications include Oracle Database 10g Administrator certified professional, CompTIA Network+ and security, Cisco Certified Network Associate, Diploma in Office Automation and Graphic design, Diploma in Network administrator and security, Project management Essentials & Structure Query Language.
Head, HR Operations
Charity Uloma Ekwekwuo is an accomplished HR professional with over 15 years of experience.
As Head of Human Resources Operations at Strategic Outsourcing Limited (SOL), she leads strategic HR initiatives to ensure operational excellence and strong client relationships.
Charity holds an MSc in International Human Resources Management from Rome Business School and is a member of CIPM and ISHCM. She has extensive expertise in HR business partnering, recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
