Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Dr. Olufemi Ogunlowo is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Strategic Outsourcing Limited (SOL), a leading provider of personnel outsourcing, HR solutions, and workforce management services in Nigeria. Since its establishment, SOL has deployed and managed more than 200,000 outsourced employees across the banking, manufacturing, FMCG, logistics, telecoms, and public-sector industries.
Dr. Ogunlowo’s professional background spans engineering, strategy consulting, banking, and large-scale operations management. Before founding SOL, he led post-merger integration projects in the financial services sector as Principal Partner at BMC Consultants Limited. His earlier roles include Structural Engineer, World Bank Project Planning Engineer, Senior Strategy Consultant at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture), and Assistant Vice President at First City Monument Bank.
He is a First-Class graduate of Civil Engineering and holds a Distinction MSc in Water & Waste Engineering and a PhD from Loughborough University, United Kingdom. He has also completed executive programmes at the Strategy School St. Charles Chicago, Cranfield University, and Lagos Business School.
Dr. Ogunlowo is a past President of the Employers Association of Private Employment Agencies of Nigeria (EAPEAN), a Council Member of NECA, and a Member of Nigeria’s National Employment Council. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants, the Institute of Management Specialists (UK), and the Association of Outsourcing Professionals. He also serves on the Board of the American International School of Lagos and the Lagos State Employment Trust Fund LMIS PPD.
He is a Knight of St. Christopher, a member of YPO, and an Ambassador of the University of Ibadan at 75.
Chief Operating Officer
Omowunmi Ogunlowo is the Chief Operating Officer of Strategic Outsourcing Limited (SOL), where she provides operational leadership, organisational discipline, and execution oversight across the company’s nationwide activities. With more than a decade of experience in administration, operations management, and people-focused service delivery, she plays a central role in driving process efficiency, operational consistency, and customer satisfaction across the organisation.
Omowunmi holds an MSc in Human Resource Management from Lancaster University, United Kingdom, and a BSc in Economics, giving her a solid academic foundation in people management, organisational systems, and strategic HR principles. Her professional background spans operations coordination, administration, stakeholder engagement, and service quality management, where she has supported and strengthened senior leadership functions and organisational processes.
As COO, Omowunmi oversees the day-to-day effectiveness of SOL’s internal operations, supports the implementation of strategic initiatives, and ensures smooth alignment between people, processes, and performance outcomes. She brings a structured, people-centred approach to operational governance and contributes significantly to SOL’s stability, growth, and operational excellence.
Her leadership style reflects discipline, clarity, and a strong commitment to service quality — attributes that continue to enhance the company’s reputation as a trusted outsourcing partner in Nigeria.
Non-Executive Director
Kofo Majekodunmi serves as a Non-Executive Director on the Board of Strategic Outsourcing Limited, where he brings over three decades of leadership experience across banking, capital markets, and asset management. His background spans senior positions in some of Nigeria’s most respected financial institutions, including his tenure as Deputy Managing Director of MBC International Bank Plc and his role as the pioneer Executive Director responsible for establishing the asset management business at FBN Capital.
Educated at the London School of Economics and trained as a Barrister-at-Law, Kofo also holds an MBA from the Lagos Business School in collaboration with the IESE Business School, University of Navarra, Spain. His academic and professional grounding equips him with an exceptional blend of legal, financial, and strategic insight.
In his role at SOL, Kofo provides the Board with seasoned, independent oversight and a strong governance voice. He brings clarity, discipline, and depth to financial decision-making, risk management, and long-term strategic planning. His ability to distill complex issues, challenge constructively, and guide with wisdom strengthens SOL’s institutional stability and supports its ambitions for sustainable growth.

Non-Executive Director
Olamide Ogunlowo is a globally trained data and policy professional with experience across Europe, Africa, Asia, and the United States. She brings strong analytical depth, research capability, and international perspective to the Board of Strategic Outsourcing Limited (SOL), where she contributes to strategy and governance discussions in a non-executive capacity.
Olamide currently works in the Netherlands in a data-focused role within the financial technology sector, where she applies analytical techniques to support process improvement and operational insight. Her earlier professional experience covers economic research, policy analysis, and stakeholder engagement across global institutions including the Albright Stonebridge Group, Center for International Policy, TradeMoves LLC, African Union Mission to the United States, Harris Fraser Group (Hong Kong), and the World Wildlife Fund.
Her academic background includes a Master of Science in Finance & Technology (Duisenberg Honours Programme) from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, a Master of Arts in International Economic Policy from The George Washington University, and dual Bachelor’s Degrees in Economics and Policy Studies from Syracuse University, New York, United States.
Olamide strengthens the SOL Board with her global exposure, research-driven mindset, and advanced analytical capabilities, supporting long-term organisational development and innovation without engaging in operational or management functions.
Non-Executive Director
Wemimo Olayiwola serves as a Non-Executive Director on the Board of Strategic Outsourcing Limited, where she contributes independent oversight and governance insight across human resources, legal compliance, and organisational effectiveness.
A First-Class graduate of Afe Babalola University, Wemimo brings a strong grounding in law, employee relations, and corporate governance. Her experience spans HR operations, regulatory advisory, and client engagement, giving her a practical understanding of the people, process, and compliance dynamics that underpin SOL’s nationwide activities.
In her role as a Non-Executive Director, Wemimo offers strategic guidance on policy, legal risk, and organisational structure. She provides an objective perspective to the Board, ensuring robust decision-making, strengthened internal controls, and alignment between SOL’s governance standards and its operational realities.
Her blend of legal expertise, HR understanding, and disciplined analytical thinking enhances the quality of board deliberations and supports SOL’s long-term focus on transparency, regulatory compliance, and sustained organisational performance.
Group Head, Finance
Wasiu Oyedeji is the Group Head of Finance at SOL, responsible for financial strategy, enterprise-wide financial reporting, compliance, budgeting, and internal controls. He brings over 15 years of cross-industry experience in finance, auditing, taxation, and risk management.
Since joining SOL in 2018, Wasiu has held several strategic roles—including Head of Internal Control, Head of Compensation & Benefits, Head of Client Services, and Head of Financial Control—demonstrating versatility and deep technical competence.
He is a certified member of ACCA (UK), holds degrees from Lagos State Polytechnic and Oxford Brookes University, and is an ISO 9001:2015 Certified Auditor. He is currently pursuing his Master’s degree in Accounting & Finance at the University of London.
Divisional Head, People Management
Ayodeji Ojo-Omoniyi is the Divisional Head of Corporate Service at SOL, bringing over 23 years of HR leadership experience across manufacturing, fintech, power, construction, and hospitality sectors.
He holds an MILR from the University of Lagos, is a Certified Member of AHRI (Australia), an Associate of ICSAN, and a member of CIPM. His expertise includes organisational restructuring, performance systems, HR governance, and policy development. Ayodeji is known for driving transformation and aligning human capital with business goals
Head, On-Site HR Management Division (OHMD)
Emmanuel Ogwuche is the Divisional Head of SOL’s On-Site HR Management Division, providing leadership in outsourced workforce governance, risk management, compliance, and operational integrity. With over 15 years of HR and operational experience across outsourcing, engineering, logistics, and manufacturing, Emmanuel plays a central role in strengthening client confidence and ensuring adherence to statutory and policy requirements.
He first joined SOL in 2008, serving in various operational, risk, and HR capacities that shaped the company’s compliance foundation. After expanding his career across multiple industries, he rejoined SOL in 2025 as Head of Operations Risk Management.
Emmanuel holds a BSc in Accounting and is pursuing an MBA in HR. He is a member of both CIPM and AEHRP.
Head, HR Operations Division
Omolabake Dada heads SOL’s HR Operations Division, overseeing process optimisation, compliance, and data integrity across SOL’s specialised HR functions.
She joined SOL in 2008 and has held key roles in internal control, payroll, receivables management, and operational compliance. She holds an MBA, an HND in Accounting, and is an Associate of CIPM.
Head, Recruitment & Field Liaison – South
Saidu Ali is the Divisional Head for Recruitment & Field Liaison (South), leading SOL’s workforce deployment across 17 Southern states with over 4,000 field employees under management. He supervises a network of five Regional Managers stationed across Asaba, Benin, Ibadan, Owerri and Port Harcourt.
Since joining SOL in 2007, he has recruited and deployed more than 12,000 employees across multiple industries. His strengths include large-scale onboarding, regional workforce management, and relationship oversight.
He holds an MSc in Human Resources Management and a BSc in Economics and is a certified member of CIPM and the Chartered Institute of Economists.
Head, Recruitment & Field Liaison – North
Paul Idoko leads SOL’s Northern Recruitment & Field Liaison division, managing workforce operations across 19 Northern states and the FCT, with over 7,000 deployed employees under his oversight.
Since joining SOL in 2016, he has held senior roles including Zonal Relationship Manager and Regional Manager for the North-East and North-West. He has directly recruited and deployed over 10,000 employees across various sectors.
Paul holds an MBA in HR, an HND in Statistics, and multiple HR certifications. His career includes senior roles at AIICO, UAC, Oceanic Bank, Airtel, Sterling Bank, and Fidelity Bank.
Head, People Management Division
Raimot Adegoke leads SOL’s People Management Division, overseeing payroll administration, disciplinary management, client engagement, and HR service delivery for multiple blue-chip clients.
She joined SOL in 2018 and has worked across training, payroll, HR administration, and client relations. Her expertise includes payroll systems, HR policy implementation, and operations governance.
She holds a BSc and MSc in Accounting and is progressing toward CIPM and CITN certifications.
Head, Information Technology Division
Daniel Joseph is the Head of the IT Division at SOL, responsible for ICT strategy, digital transformation, infrastructure management, cybersecurity, and enterprise technology governance.
With over 12 years of ICT experience across real estate, diplomacy, telecoms, and consulting, Daniel drives SOL’s digital evolution and ensures secure, scalable technology systems.
He holds a BSc in Economics, multiple IT diplomas, and professional certifications including CCNA, CompTIA Network+, IBM Cybersecurity Analyst, OCP Database Administration, and Agile/Scrum specialisations.
Head, Recruitment & Field Liaison – Lagos
Charity Ekwekwuo leads the Recruitment & Field Liaison Division for Lagos, overseeing strategic recruitment operations and performance management across the state. With over 15 years of HR experience, she previously led SOL’s HR Operations Division, where she strengthened operational processes and improved employee experience.
She holds an MSc in International HRM, a Professional Master’s in HRM, and certifications from CIPM and ISHCM. Her expertise spans HR business partnering, recruitment, talent management, and HR analytics.
